A question, a second opinion, or an existing company that has gone quiet. All three are fine, and none of them costs anything to ask.

However you prefer to do this.

Two routes, one desk. Whichever you pick, you are writing to or speaking with somebody who prepares filings and returns for a living.

  • Quickest for anything with moving parts, and the right choice if something is already going wrong: a notice you do not understand, a registry that has marked an entity delinquent, a deadline that is closer than it should be.

Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm Eastern

  • Best for anything that needs an attachment or runs longer than a paragraph. A prior year return, a certificate, an operating agreement somebody else drafted. Write as much as you like and we will read all of it.

What a first conversation is, and what it is not.

Worth setting out plainly, because the words free consultation have been used to mean a sales call often enough to have lost their meaning.

Costs
Nothing, including if you never come back
  • It is free, and it stays free if you never become a clientWe answer questions from people who go on to do nothing with the answer, and that is a cost of doing business we decided to accept. Nobody is going to tell you that a proper answer requires a paid consultation first. No charge
  • You get the answer, including when the answer is noIf the honest position is that you do not need a US entity, or that the structure you are considering costs more than it saves, you will hear that on the first call. It is a shorter conversation than the alternative and it is the reason people send other people here.Including no
  • It is not a qualification scriptNobody will ask for your budget range before answering, work through a list of discovery questions, or push you toward a package. The person on the call is the person who would do the work, which is also why they will not pretend to know something they do not.No script
  • Second opinions are welcome, including on our competitors' adviceBring the quote, the structure somebody has proposed, or the answer a chatbot gave you, and we will tell you whether it holds up for your actual situation. We say so when it does, which happens more often than you might expect.Bring the file

Where we are, and where we are not.

The work is done remotely, by phone, email and video, for clients in every state. That is a deliberate choice rather than a limitation: a formation in Ohio and a formation in Nevada are both filed electronically from wherever we happen to be sitting, and paying toward an office you would never visit makes your filing more expensive for no return.

So there is no reception desk to visit, and paperwork travels by email. Anything a registry or the IRS sends you on paper, which is still more of it than anyone would like, can be scanned and attached to an email instead of posted. It arrives faster and nothing gets lost.

We file in the United States only. We act for people who live in Canada, the United Kingdom, the Gulf, Pakistan, India and most places besides, but the entity is American and the filings are American. We do not incorporate in Canada and we do not act on Canadian tax returns.
